TERMS & CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT: $200.00 Visa or Master Card deposit required to get bidder’s number. Deposit is refundable (unless you’re the high bidder on any items.).
18% BUYERS PREMIUM- will be added to your bid price. 3% discount for cash payment. Credit card charge will appear on your statement as Joe Tadlock Auctioneer Commerce CA
SALES TAX– 9.75% applies to all purchases. If purchasing for resale, we’ll need a copy of a valid resale certificate before invoicing
All purchases must be paid for in full and removed in 48 hours. Invoices can be paid cash, cashier check, visa or master card. (No personal or company checks accepted 3% discount for invoices paid in full by cash.)
Removal All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Removal is the buyer’s responsibility. Items not picked up by due time will be deemed abandoned & your deposit/payment forfeited. Please bring your original paid invoice for pickup, or have Freight Company bring copy of paid invoice. Loading/and/or palletizing charges might apply. Please DO NOT remove any items without supervision from Auction personnel.
Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by buyer or his agent, and further agrees to hold Joe Tadlock Auctioneer, its agents, Seller and his agents, harmless from any and all damages, claims, liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the preview, auction and removal of the property. Buyer agrees to pay the actual expenses incurred by Joe Tadlock Auctioneer or Seller in the enforcement of this agreement or defense of any claim
The Auctioneer reserves the right to take sealed bids/phone bids/internet bids, accept bids in any increment to the best interest of Sellers & to reject the bidding from anyone whose conduct or actions are not in the best interest of Sellers. The Auctioneer and Sellers reserve the right to add or delete merchandise without prior notice. Sellers may bid on their own property. This catalog is prepared as a guide and we do not warrant the accuracy, description, count, etc. of any of the lots specified. Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS unless other wise stated.
