TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit: $100 CASH deposit required to get bidders card. Deposit is refundable (unless youre the high bidder and fail to pay for your purchases in a timely manner).
During the auction, buyers are required to maintain a 25% deposit on all items purchased. ***(So we wont have to interrupt you during bidding, please leave your additional deposits with the office cashier.)**
All purchases must be paid for in full and removed in 48 hours. Invoices can be paid Cash, Debit, Cashier Check, Visa or Master Card. (No Personal or Company Check accepted). 18% Buyers Premium - will be added to your bid price.**(3% Discount for cash payment.)** All pallet lots sold will be charged a $5.00 handling fee… Pallets moved out of building on Sunday will become responsibility of buyers. Pallet lots must be removed in total **NO dumping of any items from pallets. Dumping of items will result in a banning from auction. NO Credit or Refunds on lots moved out of building. Credit card charge will appear on your statement as Joe Tadlock Auctioneer Norwalk CA Sales Tax – 9.00% applies to all purchases. **( If purchasing for resale, well need a copy of a valid resale certificate before invoicing.)**Removal - Please DO NOT remove any items without supervision from Auction personnel. All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Removal is the buyers responsibility.**Items not picked up by due time will be deemed abandoned & your deposit/payment forfeited.***Please bring your original paid invoice for pickup, or have Freight Company bring copy of paid invoice. Loading/and/or palletizing charges might apply. Inspection may be made Saturdays 9:30am - 5pm and Sunday morning before sale. Refrigerators, Stoves, Washers & Dryers sold inside building have a 7 day guaranty. **(small appliances & electronics must be tested before leaving the building..NO Credit or Refunds on these items once they leave premises. If appliances are not working properly return them by the following Sunday @12pm, in the same condition you purchased them, & receive a full refund. Appliances must be hauled in the upright position, laying appliance on their side or any attempt at repairing them will VOID guaranty. Buyer acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by buyer or his agent, and further agrees to hold Joe Tadlock Auctioneer, its agents, Seller and his agents, harmless from any and all damages, claims, & liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the preview, auction, and/or removal of the property. Buyer agrees to pay the actual expenses incurred by Joe Tadlock Auctioneer of Seller in the enforcement of this agreement of defense of any claim. The Auctioneer reserves the right to take sealed bids, phone bids, internet bids, & accept bids in any increment in the best interest of Sellers & to reject the bidding from anyone whose conduct or actions are not in the best interest of Sellers. The Auctioneer and Sellers reserve the right to add or delete merchandise without prior notice. Sellers may bid on their own property.
Everything is sold AS IS WHERE IS unless otherwise stated. All sales are FINAL….
